**"Sloppy Service! "**I ordered food from Hotel Pangat, and while the food itself was just okay, the rest of the experience was awful. They completely ignored the special instructions I provided, which was frustrating enough, but the packaging was the real disaster. The packet was leaking everywhere, making a huge mess. It was clear that no care was taken in packing the food properly. The owner really needs to address this issue seriously—this kind of sloppy service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again.

Dear Customer, Every time hotel was not responsible for packing issue.at the time of handing over food to rider it was the okey. inbetween how rider driver there vechile fast or slow no one know.Most of the rider use school bag or thaili for deliver the food.If Zomato provide proper bag to rider the packet doesn't open while ride the vehicle.
