Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ortus, Kota. The location is convenient, close to key areas in the city. Breakfast was delicious with decent variety. Staff was generally courteous and helpful, though one individual seemed to lack proper training in guest handling. That said, the overall experience was good, and the property is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. Would recommend it, with minor improvements in service consistency.
