I had an exceptional experience with Hotel Ortus, Kota! Due to a medical emergency at home, I was unable to travel on my booking date, and unfortunately, Agoda refused to process my refund upon cancellation of the booking. However, Mr. Shubham Joshi himself personally reached out, explained the process, and immediately refunded the full amount—something truly rare in the hospitality industry. Their customer-first approach, professionalism, and genuine care left a lasting impression on me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel that truly values its guests.
