I had an exceptional experience with Hotel Ortus, Kota! Due to a medical emergency at home, I was unable to travel on my booking date, and unfortunately, Agoda refused to process my refund upon cancellation of the booking. However, Mr. Shubham Joshi himself personally reached out, explained the process, and immediately refunded the full amount—something truly rare in the hospitality industry.
