Amazing Stay, The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit our Pure Veg taste. We Loved Everything. Service: 5

I recently had the pleasure of booking a room at Hotel Ortus, Kota for my parents who were arriving very late from NE4. Despite the late hour and the lack of nearby options, the hotel not only managed to arrange a comfortable room on short notice but also delivered genuinely outstanding service throughout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents felt welcome and cared for, which meant the world to me. While the pricing might seem a touch on the higher side, I truly believe it’s a small trade-off for the level of service and care we experienced. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and hospitality extended by the team at Hotel Ortus. Looking forward to staying here myself in the future—and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Kota! Service: 5

We went to a restaurant "santript" and ordered an au gratin but were mistakenly served a lasagna. When we brought it up, the staff refused to admit the error and even blamed us for ordering the wrong dish, which was frustrating. However, they did not charge us for the lasagna, which we appreciated. The service was disappointing, but at least they didn't make us pay for their mistake. Mixed experience — could have been better with a more polite response.
