Most guests recommend trying nicely cooked biryani and tasty chicken tikka. Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is cheerful at HOTEL MAHABIR GALAXY. A number of reviewers mention that the service is prompt. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Horrible Experience at Hotel Mahabir Galaxy, Cuttack – Worst Service and Carelessness This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Cuttack. I ordered a simple meal – rice, dal, and paneer – and had to wait for over an hour just to receive it. That alone shows the lack of professionalism and respect for customer time. But to make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, all the packages were leaking. The packaging was careless, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. It was a total mess. This shows zero attention to hygiene, presentation, or customer satisfaction. For a hotel like Mahabir Galaxy, this level of poor service is shocking and embarrassing. • Extremely delayed service • Leaking and badly packed food • Unprofessional attitude of staff I strongly recommend NOT choosing this hotel for dining or stay. If you expect even basic decency in service or food handling, this is not the place for you. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. Never again.
