Disappointing Experience with order fulfillment, "I recently ordered food from this restaurant as a parcel, paying the full amount upfront. However, when I reached home, I was disappointed to find that two of my orders we're missing. What's more frustrating is that the restaurant is approximately 8 km away from my home, making it inconvenient for me to return and collect the missing items. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the restaurant via phone call have gone unanswered at first, while, I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I hope the management takes steps to improve their order fulfillment process and customer service. It's one of the best restaurant in ezhukone
