Went for by seeing star ratings and hotel atmosphere. But feel cheated. The taste is below the average. Chappathi very hard and kurna is too bad. The waiters are not professionally trained . What I was shocked about is I have seen an ad inside the hotel which requests customers to put 5 star ratings for something favors.( for ice cream, etc) Hope they removed at now. The restaurant has the best Dining Atmosphere in karaikkal. But everything is opposite. Since the restaurant has very good potential for the best location and atmosphere, why don't they appoint better cooking masters and trained waiters??.
