Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel K9. We ordered Mutton Dabba Gosht, but the dish was served with chicken pieces & mutton pcs as well. Even after informing the staff and clearly showing the chicken pieces to the captain, they refused to accept their mistake and kept insisting it was mutton. This attitude was unprofessional and frustrating. Serving the wrong meat and then denying it shows a serious lack of honesty and customer care. Such behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place and will not be visiting again.Hope management need to train the staff on customer service.
