Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at HOTEL JESSI PARK after long walks. This place is good for people who eat on the go because they can order food as a takeout. Unfortunately, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is terrific at this spot. Nice service is something visitors like here. If you've never tried to eat and experience the sense of beauty simultaneously, visit HOTEL JESSI PARK to find the pretty atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Hi, I would like to share the recent experience with Hotel Jesi Park, Velankanni. I called the reception to book a room, and they informed me that rooms were available for July 12, 2025. I asked them to hold one room for me and shared my arrival time. However, when I reached Velankanni on the day of check-in, they told me all the rooms were occupied and no one had vacated, so they couldn’t provide me with a room. I asked them why they hadn’t informed me earlier, and they claimed that the receptionist had called me. But I never received any call from them regarding this issue. If they had informed me about paying in advance, I would have done so—during the initial call, there was no mention of any payment requirement. I assumed payment would be made upon arrival. Additionally, larger rooms (suitable for families) weren’t listed on booking sites, which is why I called them directly. At the last minute, they disappointed us. I had brought my family, including two kids, and due to the hotel’s mismanagement, I faced a lot of difficulties arranging alternate accommodation. A word of caution: Don’t trust the staff blindly. If someone arrives with payment, they might allocate rooms to them instead. If you book over the phone, you risk last-minute trouble and may struggle to find good rooms in nearby hotels.
