Wonderful hotel. I could give 10 stars to this hotel if i could. The Best hotel in Jagdalpur. They also have good parking space. A family safe hotel and budget friendly. Do visit even if ur traveling by jagdalpur and wanted a place for night stay. Service: 5

I recently stayed at Hotel Ham Residency, and while the experience had some good points, there were a few major issues that affected my stay. Starting with the positives, the location of the hotel is quite convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful during check-in. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable, which allowed for a decent night’s sleep. However, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The air conditioner in my room was dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, making the room feel stuffy. The walls were also quite dirty, and there were visible stains in certain areas. Additionally, the maintenance of the door curtains was poor, as they were hanging unevenly and didn’t block out light properly. One of the biggest disappointments was that bathroom essentials were not provided properly—there were no toiletries or even basic amenities like toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo. Overall, the room and the atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable, and I believe more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would greatly improve the experience. I hope the hotel management takes note of these areas for improvement. The hotel has potential, but these issues need to be addressed for a better guest experience. Service: 3

I recently stayed at this hotel in Jagdalpur and was pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality and food quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the dining experience. The restaurant offered a delightful range of local and international dishes, all beautifully prepared and served promptly.
