At Convenient location, Excellent service and staff are very cordial and polite. Food was very good with variety of cuisine. Good for official as well personal stay.

I stayed here as a part of a tour group. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. What disappointed me was lack of hot water for the morning bath in my room and many of our tour group members. Also the bowls provided for sambar were heavily stained therefore putting off most of us from using them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ham Residency, and while the experience had some good points, there were a few major issues that affected my stay. Starting with the positives, the location of the hotel is quite convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful during check-in. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable, which allowed for a decent night’s sleep. However, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The air conditioner in my room was dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, making the room feel stuffy. The walls were also quite dirty, and there were visible stains in certain areas. Additionally, the maintenance of the door curtains was poor, as they were hanging unevenly and didn’t block out light properly. One of the biggest disappointments was that bathroom essentials were not provided properly—there were no toiletries or even basic amenities like toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo. Overall, the room and the atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable, and I believe more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would greatly improve the experience. I hope the hotel management takes note of these areas for improvement. The hotel has potential, but these issues need to be addressed for a better guest experience. Service: 3
