I have been staying at your hotel regularly for 2–3 days every month as a corporate guest( Automobile)along with two to three other colleagues who also visit frequently. In my recent stay last month, I had a particularly concerning experience. Mr. Anupam, who was handling restaurant billing and calls, behaved very arrogantly and unprofessionally. His conduct made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable — something I’ve never expected. Over the past two months, there have been repeated basic issues — sometimes no water supply, other times the AC wasn’t working. Despite these problems, we continued staying without raising complaints and paid full and higher charges. However, the recent incident and lack of improvement in facilities raise serious concerns about your staff training, service quality, and management oversight. It is disappointing that no visible efforts are being made. Due to this experience, we have now decided to shift our future stays to Hotel AKS, where we hope to receive the professional service and hospitality expected by corporate travelers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that improvements can be made. overall pathetic service and quality in term of room and everything. Service: 1

I visited Hotel BNS International recently to celebrate my cousin's birthday, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance is quite impressive, with a cozy and elegant vibe that enhances the dining experience. The food is consistently good, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to all taste buds. I also visit this hotel weekly for lunch, and I must say, the quality of the food and service remains top-notch every time. The staff is courteous, and the overall environment is welcoming and comfortable. Whether for a special celebration or a casual lunch, Hotel BNS International never disappoints.
