I visited hotel AVM today and, unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed extremely stressed and low on energy throughout the meal. While I do sympathize—working in hospitality can be incredibly demanding—the lack of engagement and attentiveness made for a disappointing dining experience. There were long waits for basic requests, minimal interaction, and an overall sense that the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed. It felt less like a welcoming atmosphere and more like everyone was just trying to get through the shift. Some attention to staff wellbeing and better training could really improve the overall experience for both employees and guest.
