The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff was exceptional. They welcoming and webt out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed. Service: 5

Beautiful and peaceful location, the rooms are quite bigger enough and easily accommodate 3 person In the room, rooms are neat and tidy also the Aminites of the bathroom top notch Food was excellent and the Roop top restaurant was so beautiful. Highly recommend for families.if you are looking for a good and budget friendly hotel in Udaipur then visit this hotel. Service: 5

There were several bad experiences which prompted to write this review- 1- Front desk staff behaviour, absolutely horrible and unacceptable!! 2- Just 1 water bottle for double or triple occupancy. 3- Used bedsheets. 4- In the hospitality business they were not at all accommodating for guests. Service: 1
