Food was good Taste and quality was also good But the service was very bad and the staff was not at all attentive Even at the checkout counter the staff talked very rudely with us after paying the bill, saying that the bill was not paid and the machine is not showing payment, which was absolutely wrong. Hotel Al Zam Zam in Nagpur is by far the worst hotel I’ve visited. The manager and waiters seriously lack basic manners and hospitality. They behave as if they’re doing the customers a favor just by serving them. The service was rude and unprofessional throughout. I ordered chicken biryani, and the taste was very disappointing – nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the price. The rice wasn't flavorful, and the chicken lacked freshness. Definitely not worth your money or time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or respectful service. Service: 1
