You will enjoy its food, particularly tasty paneer, paneer tikka and filet américain. It is nice to try great coffee. Live music is played by musicians in the evening. Many guests say that the staff is professional at this place. Cool service is something that people note in their comments. High prices are not suitable for this this bar. Enjoy the lovely atmosphere here. But visitors rate HOKU Luxury Cocktails & Cuisine below average on Google.

While the quality of the food was decent and the taste acceptable, the quantity served was shockingly inadequate for the prices being charged. However, the most appalling part of the entire experience was the service — absolutely unprofessional and completely lacking in basic hospitality standards. The staff showed no urgency in addressing delays, seemed utterly untrained, and had no clue about the orders or which table they were meant for. Every time an order was served, something was missing. When questioned, the response was a casual, “Oh, you ordered that too?” This kind of careless attitude is unacceptable. To give a specific example: I ordered a pizza, and understandably, oregano and chili flakes weren’t served initially. When I requested them, the server brought over a small bowl of chili flakes — with his fingers inside the bowl. Completely unhygienic. On top of that, he forgot the oregano again, even though I had just asked for it. Repeated requests for additional rotis took over 40 minutes, by which time the rest of our food had gone cold. It's beyond frustrating. As if that wasn’t enough, their menu is misleading. They list 10–12 items in each category, yet barely 2 or 3 are actually available. We were forced to settle for generic, uninspired dishes — not what we came for after traveling a considerable distance to dine here. In short, the service was atrocious, the food was barely manageable, and the entire experience was a disappointment. I will not be returning — and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time and money here. They have a nice tropical rooftop bar.Good food with Sip on signature cocktails while taking in stunning views of Ambience. Located Outside of East Indore bit long from city. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Blatant Overcharging & Illegal Billing – Avoid This Place! Visited HOKU Luxury Cocktails & Cuisine, Indore on March 7, 2025, at around 10:25 PM, and had a horrible experience. This place scams customers by overcharging on basic items: • Bisleri 1L (MRP ₹20) charged at ₹70 – Open looting! • Soda 750ml (MRP ₹20) charged at ₹199– Absolute fraud! • Forced 7% Service Charge – Even though the government has declared it optional. When asked about the illegal pricing, the staff had no explanation and refused to correct it. This is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I will be filing an official complaint with the Legal Metrology Department and the Consumer Forum. If you don’t want to get scammed, AVOID this place! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
