Despite our decision to discontinue our three-day stay, we were denied a refund, with the staff deducting the prepaid amount for one day and refusing any reimbursement. Furthermore, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were subjected to verbal abuse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

my stay was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find accommodation elsewhere.
