Terrible experience- terrible staff. Devendra was particularly rude. There was an issue with the make my trip booking and he did nothing to resolve it. Absolutely put off my the staff behaviour

Worst Experience got stuck in lift at mid night, Ac was not working staff behaviour was not good and they charged for Dental kit which is provided in hotels as complimentary item. This Hotel needs maintaining
