To order nicely cooked biryani, chicken wings and chicken tikka is a truly nice idea. This restaurant offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. A lot of visitors think that the staff is terrific at HIGHTIDE. Guests say that the service is professional here. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are affordable. The ambiance is quiet, as people find it. Google users awarded this place 4.4.

I would like to share one of my worst dining experiences at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor—we had to serve ourselves, and the staff handled food in an unhygienic manner (one instance involved bringing biryani with fingers inside the bowl). Additionally, the table had bugs, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Despite the appearance of a luxurious dining setup, the experience didn’t reflect that at all—it didn’t come close to even 1% of what one would expect from a premium restaurant. Based on this disappointing experience, I would rate it below 1 star. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hygiene and service standards moving forward.
