Pros A very good hotel located in the heart of Lonavala, very close to the main road having lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are also very good and of decent size. Cons Too noisy during the late hours. Phone installed in the corridors keeps on ringing throughout the night. Pool constructed right at the front gate on the entrance, so no privacy. Service: 4

Nice experience ... Ambience was good ... Rooms very super ... Service was good ... Swimming pool next level experience ... Garden was good ... Food taste was awesome ... Everything felt super ... The only thing I had a problem is they are maintaining towels at common bathrooms instead of tissue papers . Everyone using the same which is not good ... If possible make it change then no more problems .. but I had an excellent experience Service: 5

I had a wonderful experience at Highland Resort! The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by scenic greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive — always ready to help with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of dishes for all tastes. I especially loved the outdoor area and the pool, which added to the resort’s charm.
