A good fried chicken is what this restaurant guarantees you. Most people say that the staff is creative at this place. Guests mention that the service is terrific here. One hour waiting time. Table and seats were dirty. Very unprofessional behaviour. No extra plates were provided for food. Food was not good either, tasted stale to be honest. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800

I'd have given 5 stars but what can I say? After the staff change the quality of this restaurant has dropped significantly. The new staff is very unprofessional, Childish behaviour, No proper uniform even if there is a uniform it's a dirty one. They took no care of the resturant atmosphere the trash can always overflows with dirty leftovers and they didn't even uses wet towels to clean those table. And a strange odor comes from the seats. And don't get me started about the food, the chicken is dry, overcooked and hard the fries were greasy and not suitable for human consumption. I personally don't this that HFC would offer such septic tank of an experience in one of their own restaurant.
