This restaurant is good for people who eat on the go because they can order food as a takeaway. Many guests say that waiters offer good fried chicken here. The staff is efficient that's what makes HfC HALDIA so nice. Professional service is something visitors agree upon here. You will definitely enjoy the nice atmosphere. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

This was my 2nd and definitely the last visit to the HFC Haldia outlet. Since there is KFC at Haldia now, people should refrain from visiting the HFC. Food is available here at comparatively lesser price than KFC, but at the cost of worthless quality and unprofessional attitude of the attendants. Most of the items are stale and tasteless, chicken in the burger smelled rotten and when I approached to report, they immediately became defensive. I didn't want my money back, but atleast they could apologise instead of offering unprofessional attitude. Thanks.. but no thanks. I will spend a little more and eat healthy.
