Dear Ms.Payal Shinde, Thanking you for taking your time and writing this review. We maintain strict HACCP, standards of operating procedures. However we couldn’t trace any dine in record of yourself, adding to this there were a series of Whatsap communications to us alleging an insect found in a take away food order placed for a single dal khichri by someone related to you and placed order on your behalf. Also the person immediately demanded ₹50,000/- as a compensation amount and threatened us to post things online / to authorities. Post which we received this review. As we received an order from that very number which was at 11:59am, we delivered in the same building immediately in 25 minutes and we got the complaint message and image at 13:42 hours, there could have been a possibility of the food not been attended to in your dine space as well for the said duration. Steps taken:- 1. We have throughly investigated the matter at our end including all hygine agencies on service, and found no abnormalities in our food material or kitchen space which could have led to this. Infact your order - Dal Khichdi is served scorching, any pest coming in such hot food is not in question.2. ⁠We urge you to check your dine in space if the food was left unattended this could have been a possible reason suspected. 3. However as a preemptive action upon receiving this review we have scheduled our periodic fumigation and maintenance procedures. 4. ⁠please be assured we are here with the intention of serving best quality food & service to our customers with all our HEART , honesty and integrity at affordable prices that’s our establishments ultimate goal and our team strives every day to maintain this commitment.
