The food the ambiance the music everything was awesome and the customer experience was also great special shoutout to "RAHAT" for her the customer service and warm hospitality

The gate manager's behaviour was extremely disappointing, rude, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I visited the place with my husband and was denied the entry as our footwear were "not as per the dress code", something which was not mentioned anywhere. Some basic etiquette must be taught to the staffs, especially if they are working in hospitality sector. 1st of all they should be taught the very meaning *hospitality*. When you google the meaning it says "looking after guests and being friendly and welcoming towards them." The behaviour of the staffs couldn't be farther from this. I hope it's taken seriously and some strict action is taken against them.

The food was okayish. But the service was really very nice. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek for his exemplary service. Kudos to the team of Hashtag Kolkata!!
