Extremely poor service experience. I ordered 2 onion dosas and 1 plate of idly, paid in advance, and waited nearly 40 minutes without receiving my food. To make it worse, the staff asked me to take poori instead of the items I ordered. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
