Asked for the carry bag to be sealed. It wasn't. Nor the food boxes. A simple request for safety and handling wasn't followed. Such a disappointment.

Earlier taste and quality of food was very good. we were fond of food from Hamsa but now it's not like Earlier food items . Maybe they have changed their chef. This time biryani from Hamsa disappointed us.
