BEEF is sold silently to innocent customers. There are many beef items but there is no mention of beef in the menu, as you can see in the menu photo. This is cheating. Haji Restaurant engages in blatant deception with their menu. While chicken and mutton items are clearly labeled, buffalo dishes (bade ka gosht) are left without a header. This misleading tactic led us to assume dishes like Kaleja Fry and Nihari are mutton, leading to unintentional consumption of buffalo meat— this is outrageous. Such practices are not just unethical but dangerous in a country where dietary choices often intersect with religious sentiments. This deliberate omission is extremely offensive to local communities and sparking unnecessary communal tensions. Clear labeling is non-negotiable. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values transparency or respect for cultural diversity. In fact they should be reported to the police.
