Ugh, where do I even begin with this takeout experience? It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I placed my order, and when I got home, it was completely wrong! Not a single item was what I had asked for. Fine, mistakes happen, right? Wrong. When I called to explain the mix-up, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was the one who made the error and flat-out refused to acknowledge their mistake. Honestly, the way I was spoken to was appalling. It felt like they had zero interest in customer satisfaction. And the management? Don't even get me started. I asked to speak to someone in charge, hoping for some sort of resolution, but the manager's behavior was just as atrocious, if not worse. They were condescending, unapologetic, and made it clear they couldn't care less about the inconvenience they caused. To top it all off, they wouldn't even consider redelivering the correct order or offering any sort of compensation. It was a complete waste of money and a truly infuriating experience. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. The food might be decent (though I wouldn't know!), but the absolutely dreadful service and unbelievably rude management make it a place to avoid at all costs.
