I recently visited H1 Lounge, at Ravet on our Anniversary i.e.. 18 Feb 2026. Food was disappointing and service was worse. While I stepped away to take care of my unwell daughter, the staff removed two chairs from our table without asking my husband who was still seated there. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic etiquette is unacceptable. Hospitality is not just about serving food — it’s about respecting customers. Would not recommend until management improves their staff behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1

We waited for around 2 hours after ordering a food. I don't like service at all. when I said cancel the order It was almost 2 hours of waiting then they I received my order.
