This restaurant and Greater Kailash M Block can be both really attractive for tourists. If you have never tasted Indian cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at H Palate. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. This spot offers you nicely cooked paneer, kebabs and paneer tikka. Nothing can be better than tasting good gulab jamun.
The cheerful staff welcomes guests all year round. Nice service is something that people note in their reviews. Prices here are reported to be attractive. You will appreciate the spectacular decor and calm atmosphere of this restaurant. Google gives it 4.1 so you can choose H Palate to have a good time here.

The Manager informed us 2 minutes prior to our booking time that there is no electricity in the restaurant and the kitchen is closed which is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable! Pls reimburse our Cover Charge and we should penalize the restaurant for its unacceptable behaviour.

I’m writing to raise a concern about my recent experience at H Palate. To be blunt, it was extremely disappointing, and I feel it needs to be addressed. When I arrived, I was met by Mr. Rahul Chakrana, the manager, and immediately felt the situation take a negative turn. Instead of welcoming us or offering a solution, he outright refused to serve us and did so in a very dismissive, condescending manner. There was no offer to assist us with a reservation or any alternative solution—just a flat denial. This is not the level of service I expect, and frankly, it was a frustrating experience. I’m not sure if this was a one-off issue, but it certainly left me with a very poor impression of the establishment. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure that customers are treated with more respect and professionalism in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
