Staff missed serving me sweets, while paying bill I saw people having sweets, so I asked for it and they served as it was a part of Thali, super busy staff and managers - so they missed serving me and I hope they don’t miss others. We discovered this restaurant in 2022, recommended by a local. Since then, this is like the must visit spot for us whenever in Jodhpur, however long or short. Each dish here stands out for its amazing taste. However, he one dish we would always order is - CHUR CHUR PARANTHA WITH PINDI CHOLA. Oh my mouth is drooling right now thinking about it. A must try 11/10. The butter just flows from the parantha and the taste is to savour! The other dishes we have tried here and really liked are Palak patta chat, Gulab Jamun subzi, their lassi & special mention of their Masala Chai - they specifically mention it would take time to make cuz they take about 20 mins to make this wonder and it’s absolutely refreshing! Oh and I love their mouth freshener so much I always ask for extra! We had rajma chawal and chole bhature at Gypsy Vegetarian Restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were authentic, and every bite was a treat. The rajma chawal was perfectly spiced and comforting, while the chole bhature was rich, flavorful, and served with fluffy bhature. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious vegetarian food in Jodhpur.
