In 2003, the trend of bringing Veg Kebab Paratha for the first time in Lucknow goes to Shiv Kumar Baba i.e. Baba's Dhaba near Chandernagar Mauni Baba Temple in Alambagh, which started with a food stall and started selling it from street to street till today. Is Shiv Kumar Baba, who brought veg kebab, is also the famous Mahant of Mahakotwadham of Barabanki. His morning time is spent at Baba's Dhaba only. The purity of the kebab, the combination of vegetables as well as the flavors of fruits are also mentioned in the kebab. In 2003, a kebab for Rs 3, a paratha for Rs 3 and Rumali roti for Rs 2 were offered. Manoj Kumar, being the second generation, is also seen managing the existence here. The craze is so much that Baba's kebabs are mentioned even at Lucknow airport. The counter sale starts at 12 in the morning and the process of cooking kebabs continues till 12 in the night. A sour combination in the form of special chutney really works to add life to the kebab. The rate of one piece kebab is Rs 25 and the rate of paratha is also Rs 25, what would you like to say.
