I recently dined at Hotel Gurudev Nx, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food facilities were ok, but what really stood out—in a negative way—was the poor service. The staff lacked basic hospitality skills, seemed disinterested, and often appeared confused or untrained. Whether it was handling a simple request or offering basic information, they were either clueless or simply careless. To be honest, I couldn’t tell if I was just unlucky during my stay, or if the management consistently fails to hire and train competent service staff. Either way, it reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. For other potential guests: Don’t expect much in terms of service. If you value good hospitality and a welcoming attitude, you might want to consider other options. Hopefully, the management steps up and improves the staff training, because right now, it’s not up to the mark. A restaurant eat out is more than just just food—it’s about the experience.
