Don’t know if this is this branch is owned directly by konar mess I love the food of this group but this time it’s really not a good food today mutton Biriyani pieces were really hard and Kari dosa was maximum of egg.. when tried to escalate the person in the reception was too rude and had his attitude to the Everest We always intend to serve better until we listen to others point of view or thoughts we can not improve our business treat your customer in a appropriate way we pay for the food we are having If it’s not good we have the right to say that I have no point or to direct you all not to go there it’s ur personal choose but this branch doesn’t serve as best as Madurai originals. We recently visited Madurai Konar Mess in Thudiyalur for lunch. The food was flavorful and had a nice authentic touch—especially the non-veg items. However, we were a bit disappointed that signature dishes like kari dosa and vaazha ilai parotta weren’t available during lunch. It would be great if those could be made available throughout the day, or at least during lunch hours as well. The service was quick, and the place was clean.
