After visiting bannerghatta zoo we were searching for the restaurant after seeing the review and selected the park inn. Food tasted good, the ambience was good in the open area and the supply was delayed for each item We had to wait for 10 to 15 mins for the final item we received after 35 mins . Maybe due to the item we selected over all it was a good experience. Lots of different varieties available Can try . Service was on time but none of the staff served the food we served ourselves even after asking them To serve the food to all they did not. The behavior was somewhat casual they were not interested in their job this is how their behavior was seen, even the manager was not that concerned he was just worried about sending all the customers home soon he was seen as urgent to clear the tables. May be because it was around 10:30pm I suggest training the staff to carry a smile at least it gives a chance we come to have a pleasant time but if the staff is not welcoming then it changes the whole vibe. And keep customer satisfaction a priority, the food was good but the service team had to work a lot and even the manager should know how to approach customers. Table number was 30 .
