Dirty and unhygienic. 2 stars only for the affordable price and taste of the dishes. I had Puri Sabji (₹40/- per plate - 4 medium sized pooris, which were not fried properly), pakoda (₹20/- per plate) and milk tea (₹10/- per cup). Opens as early as 6am. Run by Biharis. Samosa, jalebi and other snacks are available.
