Atmosphere is ok of not looking for fine dine. Quick bites here are good. I will recommend their Mughlai Biryani which is really good. I am huge fan of guntur gongoora but I have to share a recent experience I had at your restaurant, Guntur Gongura, which left me quite disappointed. During a previous online order, I had ordered a mixed biryani, but the quantity of meat provided was very minimal, with barely any proper pieces included. This time, I chose to visit the restaurant in person, hoping for a better experience. While placing the order, I politely informed the person at the counter about the issue I faced earlier and requested that a good portion of meat pieces be included this time. He acknowledged my concern and assured me that he would inform the chef through the waiter, and I appreciated the gesture. However, to my surprise and disappointment, I witnessed the same staff member later instructing the waiter not to convey my request to the chef, assuming that I am not seeing him. Unfortunately for him, I was still nearby and observed the entire exchange. This left me feeling disrespected and let down. even this tym the biriyani was completely a disappointment as last tym. As a paying customer who raised a valid concern politely, I expected sincerity and transparency in response—not an act of pretence. Trust and customer care are fundamental to a restaurant’s reputation, and this experience has made me question both. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address such behavior with your staff to ensure that other customers don’t go through similar experiences. Also im tagging his photo too.
