Great Pit Stop with Tasty North Indian Flavors! Stopped at Gulshan Dhaba during a road trip, and it was an excellent decision! The place has a nice, clean, and spacious setup with plenty of parking, which is always a plus on the highway. The ambiance blends traditional dhaba vibes with a touch of modern comfort. The food was delicious—piping hot parathas, creamy dal makhani, and fresh butter naan hit the spot. The lassi was rich and refreshing. Service was prompt even though the place was quite busy, which shows how well they handle crowds. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the washroom facilities could be slightly better maintained, especially considering the volume of travelers. But apart from that, everything else was spot on. Highly recommend for anyone traveling on the Delhi-Dehradun highway and looking for a reliable and tasty food stop!
