As a reviewer, I recently had the chance to dine at the Gulmohar hotel, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was definitely more rural in nature, but it was okay for what it was. While it may not have been the most sophisticated or stylish restaurant I've ever visited, it had a certain charm to it that was fitting for its location. However, what really stood out to me was the food. The mutton biryani made in ghee was absolutely amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the dish had a richness to it that was truly satisfying. It was clear that the chefs at the Gulmohar hotel take great pride in their cooking, and it really showed in the quality of the food. That being said, I can understand how the ambiance of the restaurant might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially for those who are used to dining in more upscale establishments. Additionally, while the mutton biryani was exceptional, I'm not sure that the rest of the menu was quite on the same level.
