Terrible service, unapologetic staff and the worst good/drinks ever. I always liked the location and feel of this place, but unlike how it looked, it turned out to be total disaster. Especially disappointed with the owners and the staff.

This has been a regular place for desserts for the last 5 months. Today my husband picked up our regular favourites Chocolate Donuts, Bonafee Pie, Hazenut Tart and cheese cake. He also picked White sandwich bread. The donut was dry as a rock, I called the restaurant and was informed to warm and eat it. He said the chef has been trying to perfect the donut. My point is, why sell something when you know it’s not perfect. You can rather give samples to walk-in customer and ask for feedback. He said I live too far (4kms from the store).I let it go, assuming they were having a bad day. Later in the evening I opened the sandwich bread, to my dismay the bread was raw in between. (Attaching the photos for reference). The bread is so crumbled that I can hardly make a sandwich with it. I am very disappointed with their response to the complain.
