I am extremely shocked and very, very angry with my recent experience at Guac N Roll restaurant. I had ordered a paneer rice bowl, clearly expecting a vegetarian meal as the restaurant is listed as “Pure Veg” on Zomato. However, to my absolute horror, while eating I found a large piece of chicken in my food. This is completely unacceptable and extremely distressing for someone who strictly follows a vegetarian diet. If it were a mixed-menu restaurant, this kind of cross-contamination would still be serious, but in a restaurant advertised as “Pure Veg,” this is outrageous and cannot be excused under any circumstances. I demand that Zomato take immediate and strict action against Guac N Roll. At the very least, the “Pure Veg” tag should be removed immediately, and this restaurant should be thoroughly investigated for food safety and misleading practices. This is not just a mistake — it is a complete violation of trust, ethics, and food safety. I’m beyond disappointed — I’m furious. Incidents like this are deeply disrespectful to customers’ beliefs and dietary choices, and I sincerely hope Zomato treats this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I ordered Jain Paneer Burrito, so why do I find onions in them? Highly disappointed in the restaurant staff for their carelessness. I wish I could ask for a refund of the insane amount I paid for this burrito.
