My friend has been vegetarian his whole life, and this experience at Grub on the Run was incredibly disappointing. They advertise having a vegan menu and good customer service, but they failed miserably on both fronts. He ordered a *paneer roll, yet they served me a **chicken roll* instead. When I brought this up with the manager, he turned to the cook and asked, "Maine paneer roll bola tha na, aapne kya banaya?" The staff replied, "Did you not say chicken roll?" To make matters worse, they had the audacity to ask me, "Aap nonveg nahi khate ho kya?" This didn't feel like an honest mistake—it seemed more like repeated carelessness or indifference. A friend of ours had a similar experience here a few years ago, which clearly shows that they haven’t learned anything. To them, the customer is just a transaction, not someone they care to respect or serve properly. I urge everyone to *rate them one star*. Let’s make it clear that such behavior and negligence won’t be tolerated. If they can’t respect dietary preferences or offer basic courtesy, they don’t deserve the goodwill they claim to have Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst ever place, served me chicken roll where in specifically asked for paneer roll. Not the fist time something like this has happened from this place, a friend of mine was served the same thing few years back. Has been happening ever since. I urge you all not to ever visit this place, neither am I gonna visit here ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
