Had the most worst and horrible experience at the rooftop of Grills and Giggles restora.We went there for lunch,intially we ordered 3 watermelon mojitos,chicken tempura sushi and crispy chilli mushroom.We were then served Mojito but instantly on serving it we are sceptical whether it was really mojito or not,so we asked the waiter repeatedly if it was non alcoholic as we were getting a pungent smell from the drink.The waiter reassured us that it was non alcoholic and it is watermelon mojito.But to our shock when we were given the bill,it was clearly written that the drink was classic sangria-an alcoholic drink.We raised the issue with the manager regarding serving the alcoholic drink he casually offered us a discount and stated it as a misunderstanding.Such irresponsible behaviour and attitude from this restora was not at all acceptable. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Extremely disappointing experience. The food was below average and the staff was unprofessional. Despite repeatedly requesting a non-alcoholic beverage, we were served an alcoholic one. When raised the issue, the manager brushed it off as a "misunderstanding" and casually offered a discount instead of taking proper responsibility. Would not recommend. I've been here quite a few times now and each time, I've had really good service as well as food. Would definitely recommend more people to pay them a visit! Overall, very attentive staff - kudos to them, good food and nice ambience Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
