Dear Anmol,Sorry to hear what has happened to you. We find this a truly unpardonable error on the part of the delivery partner. The mistake happens when riders are assigned multiple orders at once, and because of a lack of care, orders are swapped and delivered to the wrong person. Despite the fact that it won't do the purpose of placing an order, claim a refund from Zomato and compensation. It's such a sad scenario.
