We ordered a Chicken Burger, Mushroom Po Boy and Paneer Samosa on 18th March 2021. The order was delivered on time and the food was still hot so we were quite happy. However on eating the Paneer Samosa, we realised that the filling was not paneer, it was in fact prawn. Alas 2 of the people who ate it because they had ordered paneer, were obviously vegetarian. We are all traumatised till now and it was a horrendous experience. We will have to spread the word amongst all our loved ones that please stay away from this place if you are a vegetarian. It’s risky business. This callous attitude towards fulfilling food orders was totally unacceptable!!!

We, at Grill'd n more take utmost care in handling food orders correctly and it is very unsettling to see such a thing happening in our kitchen. The reason why we would like you to share a picture with us is just to make sure there's no misunderstanding. Unlike most places, the filling in our paneer samosa is of paneer bhurji. Please accept our apology and allow us a second chance to make it up to you and your friends.
