The pizzas here are actually good — no complaints about the taste. But the staff really need to understand how to deal with customers. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked to remove onions and mushrooms, and instead add red paprika. They said they’re happy to remove any toppings I don’t want, but if I want to add anything else, it’s chargeable — even as a substitution. Seriously? I’m not asking for anything extra, just a basic swap. Big brands like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and La Pino’z do this without any issue. But Grill Masters, Suratgarh clearly doesn’t care about customer convenience or loyalty. Very disappointing experience. Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
