Pathetic Experience - Avoid This Place at All Costs I recently visited this cafe and it was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. Here's a breakdown of the disaster: Pizza Quality I ordered a Margherita pizza and paid an additional ₹80 for a "cheese burst" base. What I got was a half-cooked lump of dough that they dare call a base. The cheese tasted rancid, and to make matters worse, the pizza wasn’t even cheese burst! When I raised the issue, the manager carelessly claimed they had "added extra cheese." Clearly, they don’t even know what a cheese burst pizza is. Charging extra for something they don’t understand is beyond absurd. Customer Service The manager’s response was dismissive and lacked any professionalism. Instead of resolving the issue, he confidently spouted nonsense about their "extra cheese" and refused to acknowledge their blunder. Owner’s Attitude I called the owner, hoping for a responsible response. Big mistake. The owner wasn’t ready to take feedback and outright refused to admit any fault. When he realized I had already paid, his tone instantly changed—he became smug and relaxed, as if my dissatisfaction didn’t matter anymore. He had the audacity to brag about a "highly trained chef" and a "manual" from the franchise, If this is their idea of the best, I shudder to think what the worst looks like. Overall Experience This place is a money-grabbing scam, They lack basic knowledge of their own menu, serve substandard food, and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Final Verdict Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They’re in it only for the money, not for quality, service, or even basic decency. Shame on the franchise and this outlet for tarnishing the concept of pizza. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
