Worst experience ever.. If you want to spoil your dine out experience this is the place. A Person who knows to cook well doesn't make a diner good. Worst attitude and worst service a Hotel team can ever have. They have hired few hooligans to stand as waiters who doesn't even have any manners or know how to behave in an environment. You can go to any other hotels nearby and Have your food. Anything is better than this place. Don't fall for the paid reviews seen above. Check the other reviewers you will find out how the rating has gone upto 4.8. it's just a scam. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was very disappointed with the service. When we ordered 3 rolls of shawarma 8:10 P M , After 10 minutes one of the service person came and told us that us that they didn't have any, so we switched to Alfam and waited until 8:45 PM again. My friend asked the guy who was standing inside the counter if our orders were ready again. If they weren't, please cancel it so we can go somewhere else to eat, but he said it was almost ready; please give him 5 more minutes, so we decided to stay back. After waiting for 10 more minutes, At 8:55 my friend enquired again about the status of our order, and then the guy at the counter very arrogantly said that if you want, you can cancel your orders. Very unprofessional way of handling the situation. We couldn't find anyone responsible there to express our concerns, so we decided to leave, starving. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
