We ordered food at 9.30 pm we were very particular about our food they served us with uncooked mutton and it was really not chewable..I returned back the mutton but they still charged us the full amount.. be very careful if u r staying in this property good to stay but thier F&B outlet sucks avoiding eating food at thier venue . Better to take a walk and eat somewhere else .. even the catering happening to this place people fall sick next day and such venue need to shut down for food concept or else they need to hire better chef to work for them . Being in Dubai for many years running successful outlet of f&b we don't literally write such comments but they charged me for no reason after giving food back Service: 3

A Nightmare Experience at Greenwood Villa by LevelUp Hotels – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had the misfortune of staying at Greenwood Villa by LevelUp Hotels in Amritsar, and it was, without a doubt, the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked two deluxe rooms for two nights through a tour agency, expecting a pleasant stay, but what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, upon arrival, there was no hospitality whatsoever. No welcome drinks or greetings, just a rude demand from the manager to pay the remaining balance. We had already booked through an agency and had no reason to pay directly to the hotel. Yet, the manager insisted, making us feel unwelcome and turning what should be a simple administrative matter into our problem. Our package included a buffet breakfast and dinner, but the manager informed us that only breakfast would be buffet-style; dinner would be à la carte, with a severely limited menu and no starters. This was not what we paid for, and it was yet another sign of the hotel’s lack of professionalism and customer care. The room was an absolute disaster. Within minutes of entering, the air conditioner began leaking like a faucet. When we complained, the manager said the mechanic was unavailable and offered a different room, tucked away in a stifling, foul-smelling corner. To make matters worse, the fan and AC in this room didn’t work either. Desperate, we chose to stay in the original room with the leaking AC after the manager promised it would be repaired by the next day. Surprise, surprise – when we returned, nothing had been done. Adding to this series of issues, the hot and cold shower tap was faulty, which resulted in my mother getting burned on the first day. Such negligence toward basic maintenance and guest safety is unacceptable. To top it all off, upon checkout, the manager refused to let us leave, claiming he hadn’t received payment from the tour agency and even instructed the gatekeeper to block us from exiting. This unwarranted confrontation went on for an hour, costing us precious time before a flight. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket just to escape this nightmare of a place. Greenwood Villa's complete lack of care, courtesy, and basic respect for guests makes it a hotel to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the trouble and disappointment – do not stay at Greenwood Villa by LevelUp Hotels. It’s an experience best left forgotten. Service: 1
