We visited with our family, including guests from abroad (NRI family), and unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. The toilet facilities were located outside and resembled a government public toilet, which was quite disappointing and inconvenient for us. The food service was also extremely slow. It took 24 minutes for our food to arrive at the table, and when we requested more chapatis, we had to wait another 9 minutes, during which we were left sitting without any food. It seemed like there was a serious shortage of staff – only two people were serving more than 20 customers. This clearly affected the overall experience and service quality. We hope the management takes note of this feedback and improves the cleanliness, staffing, and service speed, especially for families and guests expecting a better standard.
