I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now. This place is best known for its service and location away from all the noise. Spend a quiet weekend here with some good Kerala food. We held a small family event here and were pleased with the service. Food was alright. Some dishes were very good. Others were okay. But the service was top notch. Rajesh, the manager drove me into town when we needed to get some supplies from the grocery store. Another member of the team drove at night to pick up some beers for us. The rooms are a good size and clean. Room service was prompt. All in all if you’re looking for a nice clean place at an affordable price with great service, then this is the place for you in Kannur. Service: 5

This is truly a hidden gem! The place is surrounded by lush greenery, giving you the perfect peaceful vibe to relax and unwind. The stay was super comfortable — clean rooms, serene ambiance, and nature all around. As for the food — absolutely finger-licking good! Every dish was packed with flavor and felt like it was made with love. If you’re looking for a nature-filled getaway with great food and warm hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! Recently I had stayed for a couple of days , along with my family ,at Green Planet Hotel & Restaurant for attending a marriage function at Mattanur . The property is serene , scenic, peaceful and offers a resort like ambiance .It is an ideal location to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Kannur international Airport is at a short drive from this location. The rooms , amenities and cleanliness at the accommodation were very good. Owners and staff at the hotel were very hospitable, courteous ,friendly, attentive and helpful . The complimentary breakfast served was homely and delicious .Overall dining service and quality of the food at the restaurant was superb. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained.Kudos to the owners and dedicated staff for their personal attention and care to ensure the day to day upkeep of the landscape , greenary and flora within the property . Our Overall experience of stay , food , ambiance and service was superb and enjoyable. Would definitely choose this accommodation as our destination to stay again during future visit to Mattanur . Considering quality of amenities, services, and our overall experience would rate this as an excellent accommodation and it's worth value for the price Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
