My wife and I ordered food from this restaurant via Swiggy recently, and the experience was disastrous. The biryani rice was not freshly prepared; it was clear that it had been steamed the previous day. What's even more alarming is that they seemed to have mixed spoiled chicken with good chicken, attempting to pass off substandard food as acceptable. The boiled egg was stinky. My wife ended up getting food poisoning, which was a terrible experience for both of us. This blatant disregard for food safety and customer well-being is unacceptable. I urge the management to take immediate action to revamp their food safety and quality control procedures. Swiggy, please take note of this incident and ensure that the restaurant takes necessary actions to improve their food safety standards.
