I wouldn't suggest to take your family for a restaurant experience in here. The reason why should visit is to meet up with friends. These meetings could be loud and so will be your adjacent table. Food is okayish to go with drinks. Staff members are jolly. So next time to meet up with long lost friends & be easy on your wallet head there.. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The staff are complacent and have a laid back attitude including the floor managers. They are happy with all their regular and usual customers and they don't strive to increase their new customer base. Very cold and unwelcoming attitude if you are new to the place and don't expect them to come forward to ask you about your requirements. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to Green Palace Bar & Restaurant on 13th Oct' 23. I was denied entry into your establishment due to my choice of attire, specifically, my decision to wear half pants. Upon arriving at Green Palace Bar & Restaurant, I was not made aware of any dress code policy either through their website or by the staff. I was looking forward to enjoying a meal at the restaurant, and as a patron, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness. However, to my surprise, I was denied entry by the staff members who cited my attire as the reason. I understand that some restaurants may have dress codes in place, but without any prior information or signage indicating such a requirement, I believe I was unfairly treated. My intention was to dine and enjoy the services that Green Palace Bar & Restaurant has to offer, and I believe that clothing choices should not be a barrier to such experiences. I kindly request that they reconsider the dress code policy and ensure that it is clearly communicated to all potential patrons. Transparency in such matters not only avoids misunderstandings but also helps create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers. I would appreciate it if they could provide a response to this matter, addressing the incident and any steps taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Hi,At the outset, we would like to clarify that shorts are permitted as acceptable attire for our customers at Green Palace.It is also our endeavour at Green Palace to make it a more inclusive and welcoming place for all of our patrons. To this effect, we try to make sure that patrons coming in are appropriately dressed for the comfort of all present.To the incident in discussion, our staff members took a decision, having felt that the shorts worn by you resembled boxer shorts.That being said, we do understand that appropriateness of attire may be a subjective matter and sometimes taking such a call can be tricky.
